ALBANIA OVERBOARD FUNDRAISING SWIM 2023

We are thrilled to announce that once again, for the 3rd year running, the Albania Overboard Fundraising Swim will be supporting the Ionian Environment Foundation and is set to take place on the 2nd September 2023!

Albania Overboard is a 3 km charity sea swim, coast to coast, from Albania to Corfu. The funds raised by the swim will turbocharge the actions of the Ίδρυμα Περιβάλλοντος Ιονίων Νήσων’s marine conservation projects. Four diverse projects have been selected – from monitoring dolphins and Posidonia meadows mapping to delivering interactive marine education in remote Ionian schools. The projects all promote the long-term viability and health of the beautiful Ionian Sea through which we will swim.
