Supporting Local Environmental Action Groups
Last week, hosted and led by Social Dynamo and the Bodossaki Foundation, 15 small environmental action groups from across Greece took part in the first session of the New 6-Month Hosting and Empowerment Cycle for Environmental Groups.
The first day consisted of a variety of capacity-building workshops where, together with our sister foundations, The Cyclades Preservation Foundation and the Argolic Environment Foundation, the IEF took part in a number of activities and discussion points to assist the groups in their environmental actions, resilience and progress.
It was extremely encouraging to witness such determination and enterprise from so many people striving to promote environmental awareness and acts of conservation across Greece.
